For the first time, Gestalt IT will host a special IT storage-focused Field Day event in April 2012! This unique event brings together innovative enterprise storage vendors and independent thought leaders, allowing them to get to know one another and discuss key technology issues. It is a forum for engagement, education, hands-on experience, and feedback.
On April 25, 2012 the industry will come together at the Solid State Storage Symposium! This all-day in-person event features panelists from key enterprise storage companies and will be moderated by independent experts, including Stephen Foskett.
Gestalt IT’s third networking-focused Field Day event was held on March 29 and 30 in Silicon Valley! Our sponsors included Brocade, SolarWinds, NEC, Arista, Infineta, Cisco, and Spirent.
Tech Field Day came to the Aruba Airheads 2012 conference in Las Vegas on March 22 in the form of a Delegate Roundtable. We were pleased to reunite Wireless Field Day 2 alums, an up-and-coming wireless blogger, four Aruba Networks customers and two of Aruba’s best networking minds.

Our second wireless networking-focused Field Day event was held in January of 2012 in San Jose/Silicon Valley California! This unique event included presentations by Aerohive, Aruba Networks, Meraki Networks, Ruckus Wireless, Ekahau, MetaGeek, and HP.
Wi-Fi technology is changing, and the industry will come together to present a vision of the future at the Wi-Fi Mobility Symposium! This all-day in-person event features panelists from key Wi-Fi companies and will be moderated by independent experts, Marcus Burton and Andrew vonNagy.
The OpenFlow Symposium included presentations from Yahoo!, Google, Big Switch Networks, Brocade, Cisco, NEC, and Juniper and was a coproduction of GestaltIT and Packet Pushers.
The second Networking Field Day event included presentations from Brocade, Cisco, Embrane, Gigamon, Juniper, NEC, and Dell/Force10. Video and links are now available!
We returned to our roots in Silicon Valley for Gestalt IT’s Tech Field Day 8. Held September 15 and 16, we included eight companies in the cloud computing and data storage industries.
The Gestalt IT Tech Field Day delegates will be in Austin, TX on August 11 and 12! We have announced three delegates already, and expect to begin naming presenters shortly. This promises to be our hottest event yet!
Gestalt IT’s first-ever virtualization-focused Field Day event was held on June 9 and 10 in Boston! A variety of vExperts met with VKernel, VMware, SolarWinds, Zerto, Symantec, Embotics, and NetApp.
Gestalt IT’s wireless networking-focused Field Day delegates came to Silicon Valley on March 17 and 18, 2011. At this event, we met with Aerohive, AirMagnet, Cisco, Fluke Networks, HP, and MetaGeek.
The Tech Field Day delegates converged in Silicon Valley on February 10 and 11, 2011 to meet with Symantec, Druva, Drobo, Xangati, NetEx, Infoblox, and HP.
The Tech Field Day delegates arrived in Silicon Valley on November 11 and 12, 2010 to meet with NetApp, Aprius, Avere, Actifio, Intel, SolarWinds, and Asigra.
The datacenter networking-focused Tech Field Day delegates came to Silicon Valley on September 16 and 17, 2010 to meet with Arista, Cradlepoint, Force10, HP, Juniper, SolarWinds, and Xsigo.
The Tech Field Day delegates headed to Seattle for the first time on July 15 and 16, 2010. There, they met with Compellent, F5, NEC, Veeam, and Nimble Storage.
Gestalt IT’s first 2010 Tech Field Day was held April 8 and 9 in Boston, MA. There, we met with Cisco, Drobo, EMC, HP, and VKernel.
