Cisco Meraki’s Campus Gateway addresses the limitations of controllerless deployments in large-scale environments. It acts as a tunnel terminator, preserving existing infrastructure and simplifying roaming by becoming the consistent entry point to the wired network. The Campus Gateway is designed for scale, supporting up to 5,000 APs and 50,000 clients with 100 Gbps throughput.
