Securing the Agentic Frontier at Security Field Day 16

Security Field Day 16 is heading back to Silicon Valley from October 28 to October 30, bringing together enterprise infrastructure leaders and independent experts to learn more about modern cybersecurity. Tom Hollingsworth and the Field Day delegates will learn about the security implications of autonomous AI agents, zero-trust architectures, and post-quantum preparedness.

Event Schedule

Wednesday opens at 8:00 AM US/Pacific time with Fortinet addressing AI and LLM defense, operational technology security, and quantum security. Dell Technologies follows, with Steve Kenniston presenting cybersecurity frameworks designed for model weights, agent identities, and AI-era resilience. Cisco Security Group closes the afternoon with a double session covering agentic enterprise defense across every layer, converged workforce governance, and machine-speed detection and response.

Thursday morning kicks off with HPE Storage exploring post-quantum security, operational resilience, and methods to secure bytecode agentic workforces. HPE Networking continues with sessions on zero trust, AI-powered threat defense, unified SASE, full-stack AI-native operations, and network access controls for AI infrastructure. Forward rounds out the day by detailing how digital twin technology enhances operational security.

Friday features Amazon Web Services in the morning covering identity security and cloud defense strategies. The afternoon marks the return of Aviatrix after eight years to showcase cloud-native security fabrics, zero trust architecture, and policy enforcement on agentic systems using Agent Guard.
