Chris O’Brien, Senior Product Manager at SolarWinds, gives an update on new enhancements coming to their NetPath tool. These updates include better debugging tools and automated packet capture. NetPath also now has improved Meraki wireless monitoring. All of this is wrapped in their intuitive drag and drop UI.

Chris Paap, Product Manager at SolarWinds, reviews their Virtualization Manager solution that lives within their Orion interface. This can directly pull metrics into Orion via an API. The Virtualization Manager has a robust series of analytics and alerts which can all be customized by the administrator. The solution is backed by robust visualization support to help you get an instant overview of performance.

Chris Erway, Director of Architecture at SolarWinds, gives a demonstration of the company’s Pingdom tool. This is part of the SolarWinds Monitoring Cloud suite. This begins by offering simple uptime checks, with full customization of probes to individual sites. This can be geographically set, as well as what kind of tolerances for unresponsiveness will generate alerts. Pingdom also has probes for Page Speed and user monitoring, with fully customizable and exportable reports.

Chris Erway, Director of Architecture at SolarWinds, gives a demonstration of the company’s Librato tool. This is part of the SolarWinds Monitoring Cloud suite. This is their telemetry metric tool meant for DevOps and engineering teams. It’s a SaaS based service that let you build custom dashboards to capture how production and testing environments are performing across a variety of metrics.

TraceView gives you application monitoring by live code injection to understand function calls that are impacting performance. This gives real time performance analytics no matter where the app is running.
