Matthias Falkner, Distinguished Engineer, Technical Marketing with Cisco, explores the openness of the eNFV solution, showing how every layer of the solution stack is exposing the APIs. Support for 3rd party Virtual Network Functions (VNFs) and application workloads running on NFVIS is explained. The session also introduces the 3rd party Ecosystem support process, which provides the environment for ENFV certified 3rd party VNFs.
