Greg Mayfield, Sr. Director of Product Marketing, introduces Gigamon at Cloud Field Day 2. The company provides pervasive visibility that enables customers to obtain insight into data-in-motion across physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructure. Their Visibility Platform is designed to work across any network environment, use existing toolsets, and enable better security. This implementation runs from a software-only solution for cloud, to a physical appliance for on-site deployments.

Sesh Sayani, Director of Product Management, discusses moving workloads from on-premises to public cloud environments and the implications for security and visibility. This includes an in-depth look at their Fabric Manager, their orchestration application for physical, virtual, and cloud nodes.
Gigamon also provides support for hybrid cloud visibility, allowing organizations to optimize cloud traffic prior to delivering it to on-site security and visibility tools. This allows for additional traffic visibility without disrupting an existing security posture.
