Enterprise AI Moves From Experimentation to Real-World Operations at AI Field Day 8

Enterprise AI is moving beyond experimentation as companies focus on real-world AI operations across cloud, data center, and edge environments. At AI Field Day 8, industry leaders will discuss agentic AI, AI-powered infrastructure management, modern storage architectures, and the growing importance of unstructured data.

Hosted by Stephen Foskett, the event will highlight how AI is changing enterprise infrastructure and operations. Tune in live on our website, our LinkedIn Page, Techstrong TV, or on the Tech Field Day YouTube channel.

Event Schedule

Wednesday begins with Selector AI at 8:00 AM. Pacific, focusing on AI-powered observability and operations and demonstrating how AI can move from insight to action in real time. At 10:30, Cisco will present its vision for agentic operations and AI-driven infrastructure management, including security, privacy, and data federation across distributed environments. HPE closes the day at 2:00 with sessions centered on accelerating enterprise AI adoption, helping organizations move from pilot projects to production while balancing scalability, operational control, and cost efficiency across modern compute platforms in both the data center and edge.

Thursday opens at 8:00 AM with Scality introducing a new approach to AI-era data infrastructure focused on cyber resilience, performance, efficiency, and data sovereignty. At 10:30 AM., a series of community presentations will be streamed live, including Guy Currier discussing the industry’s growing shift toward inference in the AI compute continuum, Ryan Booth exploring agent-to-agent interaction and agentic discovery, and David Kanter sharing updates from MLCommons and its efforts to bring visibility to the broader AI ecosystem. Later in the afternoon, Solidigm will present findings from real-world AI workloads and explain how storage is increasingly functioning as an extension of accelerator memory to improve inferencing performance and efficiency at scale.

Friday concludes the event with Hammerspace at 8:00 AM, focusing on unstructured data and the economics of enterprise AI. The session will examine how inference-first architectures are changing infrastructure utilization, ecosystem integration, and data pipeline design to support the next generation of enterprise AI applications.
