Correlating device Inventory, performance, Syslog and Configuration data (from just under 3million devices), against thousands of Intellectual Capital rules, security notices, field notices, service requests and other internal engineering data – our Advanced Services consultants now have the ability to look beyond what they have in the past, and leverage these actionable insights to make proactive and pre-emptive recommendations to our customers.
