Eye P.A. now captures .pcap files directly with AirPcap Nx, and has additional support for Commview and Netmon files. Eye P.A.’s latest version also now features an improved Workflow – including filters. View the .pcap file information in the Packet view of the workflow tabs. Drill down into the multi-layered actionable piecharts which visualize all the data of a .pcap file with ease, and persistent memory.

Ryan Woodings and Trent Cutler discuss what’s in the pipeline for development at MetaGeek, including Chanalyzer on for android tablets, a re-imagined approach to inSSIDer as a poor-man’s site survey tool, and expanding basic Wi-Fi Education trying to make wireless better for everyone. Trent also demo-ed a new feature of Tamograph’s site survey application which now integrates with Wi-Spy RF data simultaneously.
