Ruckus Networks is a brand of wired and wireless networking products from CommScope. They were incorporated originally in June 2004 as Video54 Technologies Inc.

Extreme Networks acquired Brocade‘s data center switching, routing, and analytics business in 2017. Brocade previously acquired Ruckus Wireless in 2016, which had acquired Cloudpath Networks in 2015. Ruckus and the Brocade ICX line was acquired by Arris International in 2017, which was acquired by CommScope in 2019.

In 2022, the Ruckus business unit within CommScope rebranded itself at Ruckus Networks.
