James is Partner & Content Czar at ActualTech Media where he is responsible for developing unique content offerings that help enterprise IT vendors accomplish their most critical content marketing objectives. On a day-to-day basis, James is involved in teasing out the most important objectives and success metrics for content projects that AcutalTech Media clients are undertaking and then planning and outlining a series of deliverables that will meet those goals. He’s also engaged in maintaining the thoroughly vetted and highly accomplished bench of writers and editors who bring unmatched subject matter expertise to every content project ActualTech Media undertakes.

Prior to joining ActualTech Media, James spent a decade as an enterprise IT consultant focusing on data center infrastructure technologies. In this time, he was exposed to hundreds of different customer environments across all major industry verticals and developed a thorough understanding of the needs of the modern IT customer. James continues to write, speak, and perform hands-on consulting engagements to stay in touch with the reality of today’s IT buyer and to continue helping his fellow IT practitioners hone their craft.
