Mohit Aron, CEO of Cohesity, gives an update on the company’s latest update and their mission to redefine secondary storage. He gave the delegates a better sense of the composition of the company and who are their customers. Mohit outlined the issue of the “Storage Iceberg”, where minority of data is the highly visible primary storage, but the vast majority is largely unseen and fragmented in various silos. The Cohesity strategy is to treat secondary storage holistically, and Mohit overviews how the Cohesity DataPlatform does this.
