Kyle Grossmiller, Sr. Solutions Architect, discusses Kubernetes cloud-native storage in VMware Tanzu, vSphere, and the cloud-native storage (CSI) driver. He then demonstrates the vSphere Kubernetes integration with Pure Storage.
Next, Vaughn Stewart, VP of Technology Alliances, discusses the recent announcement of the acquisition of Portworx by Pure Storage. He gives a preview of how this acquisition will help Pure Storage advance the development of data services for Kubernetes in VMware and the cloud. They finish the presentation with questions from the Tech Field Day delegates.
