Tackling Unstructured Data with Igneous

The goal was to develop a simple approach to data management, de-coupling data management from storage to bring flexibility. Igneous focused on performance and scale to create a single data management solution across all enterprise unstructured storage locations. Igneous AdaptiveSCAN, InfiniteINDEX, and IntelliMOVE powers the company’s DataProtect, DataDiscover, and DataFlow products. AdaptiveSCAN scans data quickly without impacting other production applications. InfiniteINDEX is a cloud-based, purpose-built database optimized to index all enterprise data. IntelliMOVE moves data at a constant rate that is independent of data and storage characteristics.
