Gestalt IT’s eighth IT datacenter Field Day event was held on September 15 and 16 in Silicon Valley! This unique event brings together innovative IT product vendors and independent thought leaders, allowing them to get to know one another. It is a forum for engagement, education, hands-on experience, and feedback. This is Gestalt IT’s third year of Tech Field Day events – learn more at the Tech Field Day site!

Tech Field Day 8 Status

Tech Field Day 8 was held in Silicon Valley (primarily San Jose, CA and surroundings) on September 15 and 16. It was a general datacenter IT infrastructure event, but most of the sponsors were storage and cloud companies. We had four 2-hour slots each day for presentation and discussion, each dedicated to a single sponsoring vendor. Most presentations were on-site at the presenter’s facilities, further differentiating the Field Day experience from the typical hotel-focused trade show or conference.
