Brian Biles, CEO and Founder of Datrium, introduces the company. He discusses the foundation of their solution, to take convergence in two different directions. One is convergence of compute and capacity in a very different direction from traditional HCI to support low latency and critical applications with greater ease. The second direction is the convergence of primary application workloads with integrated cloud data management for simplified administration of data.

Hugo Patterson, CTO and Founder at Datrium, shares the vision and technology behind DVX Rackscale systems, touching on open convergence and their “matrix” architecture. This splits elastic performance from durable capacity in discreet nodes. This allows for mixing and matching of existing hardware with Datrium DVX nodes.
