Eiki Hrafnsson, Technical Director Cloud Data Services, reviews NetApp Cloud Volumes and Cloud Data Services. This starts with his background with his prior startup, Greencloud, and how it fits into NetApp post-acquisition. He then looks at NetApp’s Cloud Data Services and the continuing evolution of Data Fabric. One important element is data in the cloud, through ONTAP Cloud and Cloud Volumes, which is now available in Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS.
