Interests: Security
Kerstin started her career in wholesale at UUNET in the late 1990s and helped many ISPs build the Internet in Germany. She worked in the telecom industry until 2009. After a few years in high-security, she discovered her true passion: the game of words. In 2019, she started writing on her blog data://disrupted®️ about enterprise IT. As an IT expert, she supports public authorities with technical documentation, advises companies on the right choice of technology, and translates technical content for the German speaking community. In her spare time, she tends to rescue cats and her home’s electrical system. She also mixes cocktails and gets creative with colors, tools, and fabrics.
