Jeff is an IT systems engineer with over 15 years of experience in business & public sector information technology. Working primarily in small-to-medium enterprises, Jeff helps businesses rationalize & modernize their server & storage systems with a focus on value, converged architectures, durability and automation. Jeff has also implemented technology services in several cloud systems and is no stranger to OpEx vs CapEx debates, SLAs, and meeting the needs of ‘the business.’
