Openflow Symposium 2011

Openflow Symposium 2011 October 26, 2011
Who: Networking
What:
When: Past
Where: Silicon Valley

Topics of Discussion

  • OpenFlow vision
  • How will you bring products to market.
  • Will this threaten existing lines of business
  • Will ONF be successful against Soft Switches ? Or OpenStack ?
  • What is the moentisation process ?
  • Are there changes to the silicon ?
  • Will the industry change, welcome new entrants.

OpenFlow has made a big splash after some high profile funding announcements. As we move into the next phase of product development and even early delivery, it’s important to engage with a wider commercial audience to share the vision and capabilities of this new technology.

Packet Pushers and Tech Field Day have joined together to offer a day on OpenFlow in a panel discussion format.

Also see OpenFlow Symposium – Applied OpenFlow – San Jose, October 25, 2011 at the Packet Pushers site

Packet Pushers will be providing hosts and will publish recordings of the panel discussions as well. We will also offer free tickets for seating if you would like to attend in person!
