During the event, the company went into detail about the development of Tiger Bridge, their cloud tiering solution for Windows. This hierarchical storage management was designed to meet the video needs of airport surveillance, which needed to handle data from thousands of 4K cameras and retain it for six months. Tiger Bridge allows customers with similar needs to keep data on-site, while seamlessly taking advantage of the scale and economics of cloud object storage.
