No customer should be adversely affected by device issues that Cisco already knows about. That is the goal of the Connected TAC initiative. By harnessing the power of digitized device diagnostics and infusing the results into widely used Incident Management Systems, Cisco can scan customer devices and provide a roadmap for improving device stability. The Connected TAC solution allows Cisco to provide customers access to known device issues as well as the recommended remediation. By infusing this information into ITMS platforms, these issues can be organized, prioritized and integrated into existing remediation workflows. During this session, Cisco will provide a demonstration of the stability and efficiency improvements that are now possible with Connected TAC.
