Included as part of their 4.0 release, this allows users to make a power-on archived snapshot of a VM in the cloud. This is optimized currently for VMware to AWS, with more support planned in forthcoming release. This includes the conversion of the .vmx file from a monolithic to a cloud streamable file, allowing for incremental updates after the initial snapshot.
